Welcome to Oxton Hotels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oxton Hotels website, Roblox experiences, Discord server, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Oxton Hotels is a community-operated Roblox group that provides virtual hotel experiences. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Have a valid Roblox account in good standing.
• Comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.
• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

3. Account & Staff Portal

When you create an account on our website or link your Roblox account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others.

Staff members who access the Staff Portal must adhere to all internal policies, training guidelines, and codes of conduct provided by Oxton Hotels management.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Exploit, abuse, or manipulate any Oxton Hotels experience or system.
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users or staff members.
• Impersonate Oxton Hotels staff or management.
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to administrative tools or data.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our Services without permission.

5. Staff Conduct

Oxton Hotels staff members are expected to:

• Represent the group professionally at all times.
• Follow all training materials, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Respect the chain of command and management decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of internal documents and communications.

Failure to comply with staff expectations may result in demotion, suspension, or removal from the group.

6. Moderation & Bans

Oxton Hotels reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or ban any user from our experiences, Discord server, or website at our discretion. If you believe a ban was issued in error, you may submit a Ban Appeal.

7. Termination

Oxton Hotels reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all of our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a manner that is harmful to the community.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be retained for audit and moderation purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to request deletion of your data following termination, please contact us through our Support page.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Oxton Hotels are the property of the Oxton Hotels team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Roblox and the Roblox logo are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Oxton Hotels is an independent community and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oxton Hotels is a volunteer-run community project. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, account issues, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
